ZTT is (or at least was) owned by Trevor Horn

 

XL's Co-owner is Richard Russel (and not his KLAM buddy Nick Hawkes (who by the way is listed as Halkes)). Hawkes went to EMI after XL to set up Positiva.

 

Well, at least in 1996 this was the situation... ;)
