Like we for example : Technical Itch - Life Of Sin is a dubplate and I don't know when it's gonna be released or on what label.Maybe under all the things you have know you could make a dubplate section or so. I don't really see the point in listing up dubplates if they're set for release -- we can just wait for the proper release before adding it to the db. If it's never gonna come out, post it in the unreleased section. Quote
haste Posted September 8, 2004 Report Posted September 8, 2004 i think there are a lot of sites that offer that kind of info already so there's no need to include it in tarzan. i think it's best that we concentrate on what is released or old and unreleleased instead of keeping up to date pre-release listings...i'm not sure that there's the time available to keep that sort of section working properly Quote

There are already to many postings with "oh, they scrapped a release so now the release order of this label is as follows". When adding dubplates this will only get worse. It isn't unthinkable that we'd have a dubplate. It's being said to promo on label X. The actual promo when released is on label Y. And the official release may even be on yet another label! Too much shifting around, which will unevitably create errors at some point... Quote
