Yaman IDs - All Remaining with Audio!

eXtreme - I put a post on your own site which noone has responded to re. a LTJ Bukem tracklisting, although its not one of his Yaman studio mix tapes...

It's the "Quest - Mashed 1994" set and I am positive that the tune listed on the thread as DOPE - Travelling Part II is NOT the release that came out on Good Looking but an unreleased version - the original version nonetheless.

Any comments?

DAMN! I have been trying to ID ltj03 for years!!! Wicked tune, but no clue who did it.

Reckon I can help with yaman13 - have definitely heard someone play it recently. I'll get back to you.

I've listened to Travelling PT 2 and listened to that Quest mix and I didn't notice any differences. What parts of the tune do you think are different?

I also heard him play it when I went to a Dreamscape event at the sanctuary, 10 or 11 - I think??? Weird, I can remember tunes played - but have no other recollections of those parties- v. hazy!!! :wacko:

yeah, that rings a bell. didn't go to it, but i've got most of the tapes from it - just not the bukem on obviously!

i always thought that ltj03 might have been CODE0001, because I'd not heard that before either.

It's definitely not on the CODE0001 EP. I know someone on the old GLO message board said they were told LTJ03 was an unreleased Bizzy B tune by either Bukem or Conrad. It really needs Bukem to have a listen to the soundclip to give an accurate ID.

Thanks. Although IDs given by DJs at events are often wrong, it's the only time I've heard anyone give any info about the tune.

JJ, I have not the "Travelling Pt. 2" to hand right now, but I remember distinctly being disappointed when I bought the tune as it didn't seem to be the same track that they P.A.'d (and subsequently played by DJ Trace on Kool F.M. from Feb 1994), and I also being further disappointed when I checked out the other, Rugged Vinyl releases of "Travelling" too.

Let me check out the attic and I'll get back to you (have I really been fetishing over a "unreleased" track on a scratchy tape when all the time the I had bought it on vinyl after all?)

apparently this could b invisible man i was told by a mate at the pressing plant its a green timeless where as the end was blu and the beginning was black with yellow writing cant tell you if its correct but it might help

Well you know that but could it be a release on Purple Heart records? Purple Heart = a common 60's/70's LSD trip with the Ohm symbol on it iirc... ?
