Cob Posted November 20, 2005 Report Posted November 20, 2005 (edited) http://www.rolldabeats.com/artist/cujo_2_ Surely this is just http://www.rolldabeats.com/artist/cujo_tommy On a seperate note why is it written Cujo (Tommy)? All his releases are under the name Cujo and he never released anything as Tommy. EDIT: sorry wrong forum Edited November 20, 2005 by Cob Quote
Matt Posted November 20, 2005 Report Posted November 20, 2005 Also it's the same person as http://www.rolldabeats.com/artist/tc Noticed they aren't linked in the database Quote
Cob Posted November 20, 2005 Author Report Posted November 20, 2005 Also it's the same person as http://www.rolldabeats.com/artist/tc Noticed they aren't linked in the database i'm not sure that's true? Quote
thijs Posted November 20, 2005 Report Posted November 20, 2005 not 100% sure either, but would definitelly make sense Quote
Phokus Posted November 20, 2005 Report Posted November 20, 2005 TC and Cujo are not the same person, afaik. Quote
sch_pr Posted November 21, 2005 Report Posted November 21, 2005 TC and Cujo are not the same person, afaik. I think Cujo's actually Lemon D and i always told myself -whithout having any sources for it- that TC is Dillinja(ok, it's valve studio, so whoever it may be it'll sound like dillinja, but the way tc constructs his tune is really really proach) Quote
Matt Posted November 21, 2005 Report Posted November 21, 2005 TC and Cujo are not the same person, afaik. Well I wouldn't take Grooveriders word as gospel truth but he did say words to that effect on his show a few weeks back Quote
sch_pr Posted November 21, 2005 Report Posted November 21, 2005 TC is definitely not Dillinjayup sorry, just saw this thread on DOATC goes for Tom Casswell So yeah, Cujo could be TC (anyway he's surely one of the three)(i mean Dillinja, Lemon D or TC) Quote
thijs Posted November 21, 2005 Report Posted November 21, 2005 if i had to choose, i'd go for TC mainly since it had to be a new comer with that terminator remix bizniz, which was unofficial first (?) but later got a spot at the remix EP. Quote
MR2 Posted November 21, 2005 Report Posted November 21, 2005 TC and Cujo are not the same person, afaik. Yep thats correct, their not the same person. Cujo is from Cardiff and TC is from Bristol. Thats what I've been told anyway! Quote
Dan Miracle Posted December 14, 2005 Report Posted December 14, 2005 Tommy (as he was known as on dubplate prior to his first release which came out as "Cujo", which is also the name of his dog) from Cardiff and Tom Casswell (aka TC) from Bristol are definitely NOT the same person (although it is understandable how some people can be confused). Neither of them are Dillinja or Lemon D aliases, they are actual people! (who coincidentally both sound like Dillinja and both have the same first name!) Quote
blah Posted December 14, 2005 Report Posted December 14, 2005 Tommy (as he was known as on dubplate prior to his first release which came out as "Cujo", which is also the name of his dog) from Cardiff and Tom Casswell (aka TC) from Bristol are definitely NOT the same person (although it is understandable how some people can be confused). Neither of them are Dillinja or Lemon D aliases, they are actual people! (who coincidentally both sound like Dillinja and both have the same first name!) sorry if it's being to nosey but can you ask/find out who/what dj regulate is to dillinja, either someone he engineered tunes for or him under an alias as many people on this site would like to know. other than that cheers for the info as it all helps straighten out any rumours that get around the scene. haste Posted December 14, 2005 Report Posted December 14, 2005 Regulate is DEFINITELY not Dillinja I'm sure of this Quote
thijs Posted February 26, 2006 Report Posted February 26, 2006 two updates on this: http://classic.juno.co.uk/products/209401-01.htm adds 'Tommy Boy' as another TC alias. but what i am really after is this: http://classic.juno.co.uk/covers/204281-01-back.htm does anyone have the record or has magic filters which can make out the name the release is credited to?
