International Rude Boyz

I've heard it suggested on a number of occaions that 'International Rude Boyz' is actually a Matrix alias. Anyone confirm?

International Rude Boyz used to be listed as Matrix & DJ SS, but on one of the releases it says "International Rude Boyz featuring Matrix," which vaguely suggests Matrix isn't a member of the group.

 

I'm not really sure about that though....

 

Sometimes a movie will have the credits playing at the beginning, and it will say "Featuring So-and-So." Just because that person is featured doesn't mean he isn't in the movie! It's just a way of drawing attention to that person's name. I think we should reconsider splitting groups up just because a release says "Featuring:" for a person who was believed to be in the group

i think it is Matrix, ill have to dig out the article it ATM. Goes along the lines of SS chose the name IRB without even asking matrix, also added abit of extra production to some tracks without matrix knowing aswell.

Yeah, a good example of 'Featuring' being used in a confusing context is:

 

'Cybotron (featuring Dillinja)'

Matrix needs to be re-added as a member of International Rude Boyz
