iamdek Posted August 14, 2006 Report Posted August 14, 2006 Right then ... I actually own this tune. It's a white label, etched cat# is WS-002. No other info at all. Both sides sound really familiar to me. No vocals in the tunes, but a real distinctive break pattern & bassline on both sides. Any clues ... anyone? LISTEN - http://www.iamdek.co.uk/id-ws-002.mp3 If this can't be ID'd, then it needs adding into the database as : Label : WhitelabelYear : 1995Cat# : WS002Artist : ??? A - ???B - ??? Quote
theorie Posted August 14, 2006 Report Posted August 14, 2006 sounds a bit like brockie. I'd say it's definitely from that camp. Quote
Java Posted August 15, 2006 Report Posted August 15, 2006 Wow, early clown-step lol. I'd guess it to be a DJ Kane release. Probably a stupid question, but you have checked this release, right?http://www.rolldabeats.com/release/wicked_soundz/ws002 Quote

Sounds much later than 1995, how do you know the year? Just did a search on the internet, and found this mix listing a Twisted Individual tune with WS002 as the cat #. Joel Fever - LEAVE IT TO FEVER VOLUME 1 (drum n bass, 2003) Track 8.TWISTED INDIVIDUAL (WHITE)-WS-002-A Quote

theorie Posted August 15, 2006 Report Posted August 15, 2006 It's this:Twisted Individual > Bastard Sword - White > White > Not a bad tune, but then again I never really thought Twisted Individual stuff was that bad, and some of his stuff is WICKED. http://www.chemical-records.co.uk/sc/servl...D=-1@wants=both Can't be a 1995 tune? Bloody hell ... nicely tracked down. As for it being a 1995 tune ... well, obviously it's not  ... somehow this got mixed up with my mid 90's stash. http://www.rolldabeats.com/release/wired_science/12ws002 The cat# needs changing to WS002 Quote
haste Posted August 16, 2006 Report Posted August 16, 2006 I thought it sounded very similar to some of the early Twisted Individual (then Badder G) stuff. It definitely doesn't sound like 1995 anyway Quote
Java Posted August 16, 2006 Report Posted August 16, 2006 Yeah I had an inkling too . . . I mean come on, the clownstep!! Guess I was way off with the Kane guess though . . . Quote
