iamdek Posted September 11, 2006 Report Posted September 11, 2006 http://www.rolldabeats.com/person/_jimmy_jungle Jimmy Low loads of info here ... http://profile.myspace.com/index.cfm?fusea...iendid=98017902 ---------------------------------------------- Public Demand was founded by Jimmy Low and Andy Swallow, both of whom have a long involvement in dance music. Back in the days of acid house, Andy founded pioneering pirate radio station Centreforce 88.3, and along with partner Richelle Price as Nu Klass A, wrote and produced classic rave tracks such as The Rhythm. Jimmy was also involved in production and performing on the rave scene as one half of hardcore outfit Bug Khan and The Plastic Jam, responsible for the vocal breakbeat anthem Made In Two Minutes. Jimmy and Andys experiences as artists within the industry lead them to decide that starting their own label would be the best step forward. Having set up jungle / drum & bass label Labello Blanco in the early nineties, the subsequent formation of the garage label came as a natural progression when the underground dance scene developed and divided. ---------------------------------------------- Quote
haste Posted September 11, 2006 Report Posted September 11, 2006 Public Demand should be owned by jimmy only, not the others as well. Are we sure that Waterman etc. were owners of Labello as well? Quote

haste Posted September 12, 2006 Report Posted September 12, 2006 Have a look at it in Babelfish if you want, it translates some of it. Still quite confusing, though http://world.altavista.com/babelfish Quote

Still quite confusing, though http://world.altavista.com/babelfish  I'd already run it through Google's translate. Sentances like, "And Labello are first those now already the step continue, with the megacompany PWL, which has people such as Kylie Minogue to make available common thing makes around hard core times again the sellout." .... Quote
