old tune id.... please help me solve this mystery.... dark and techy / smokers inc ?

:help: i just found this old white at the back of a box of records

 

it says jack shadow - break loose on the sleeve in pen

 

but i know its not that coz i have that aswell

 

the catalogue number is SINC 125 which isnt on rolldabeats

 

SINC 1250 however is there

 

A. Smokey Joe - Play Dirty

AA. Smokey Joe - Medallion

 

however on the vinyl i have there are 3 tunes NOT 2

 

which has now left me highly confused

 

can someone help me out please ?
