Rights have been reserved for some countries only.

 

Same as when you go to emusic or other worldwide sites (http://www.emusic.com/artist/Blur-MP3-Download/10564825.html). So it's sort of common...

 

Not sure why they don't care who buys a physical CD/Vinyl... but they do when it comes to MP3...

 

And I just don't know why the music industry can't grasp the fact that there are people that just want to buy music (without DRM and other rubbish). They seem to do their utmost best to destroy every possibility to learn new music (banning P2P, ridiculous fees for web radio) and make it near impossible for people to buy music (DRM on CD's, DRM on MP3's, regional sales of MP3's, increasing prices for MP3's so it's actually CHEAPER to buy a physical CD).
