It's definitely by the Legend Records guys, but the artist and track titles may be incorrect according to The Invisible Man:

 

"My memories a bit hazy, I definately remember it, but this is a guess - I think it was a track I did with Quiff , we just called it "The Guitar Thing" as a working title - but it never got properly finished or released."
