Know about voice sample, don't know about tune.

The voice sample was taken from "etta james - st.louis blues" ( yep i know, a thousand years before! )

It has also used in "the troublemakers - get misunderstood"

So what about this tune that uses the same voice sample ???

I guess somewhere in mid 90's.
