Report'ing bug error uploading

Hello Staff each time i try to upload a Advator i get a error.

 

Its not letting me upload my photo i cant atach file's to post and when i try linking it wont add the link

 

eg i can do it like this WWW.GOOLE.COM but cant add link eg click me to open link.

 

Each time i click on link tool it'll say insert link what i do but cant rename ??? if you understand that ...
