Tune with "Let the drummer" vocal (1993?)

A couple months back I listened to a 1993/94 mix set but I can't for the life of me remember what it was.

 

There was a tune in there that had a pitched up vocal repeating every 2 bars saying "Leth the drummer" or "Give the drummer" - It sounded like a Hip hop vocal.

 

I can't remember anything else from that tune but that vocal has stuck with me ever since.

 

Anyone know what tune it?

That's not it unfortuantely. The pronounciation of "Let the drummer" is different. In my tune he stretches out the last part like "Let the drummeeeeeer" and it appears like in every 2 bars.
