Jungle with soulful female vocals

I've been looking for this track for almost a year now. I know I heard it multiple times in Jungle compilation CDs, but going through them, I still didn't find it again, even though I found another track that samples the same vocal.

Here is the info I have, hope someone will associate it with something.

 

1) It is from the early 90s, 93-96 likely.
2) The main feature that I remember is that it used a very characteristic soulful female vocal sample, which also has been sampled on PFM - Wash Over Me, near the end of the PFM track.
3) The sample is not featured on whosampled, I looked it up. It will list Opus III - Stars in My Pocket, but the vocals don't come from it.
4) There is an UK Garage remix of the tune I'm wanting to recall, I know because I heard it in a bar months ago, unfortunately I couldn't Shazam it in time.

I really hope I made myself clear and someone will remember what are other tracks that sample this vocal, or where it come from, anything that you say will be of help, even if you recognize the singer and provide her name. Thanks.
