The date looks to be Aug/Sep 1998 from what was being played. No idea of the venue either. Not sure of the configuration of tapes. So have just listed how there have been uploaded. (There is an extra part of Vibes which the uploader says is on the Slipmatt tape but can't work out how) Someone in the comments claims there is a Brisk/Clarkee tape too? Anyone with more info post it up & I will amend the thread Quote

djkryptonn Posted April 11 Report Posted April 11 Vibealite’s Fifth Birthday Party was on Saturday 22nd August 1998 at The Arches, Sheffield. DJ’s on the flyer were: Mark EG M Zone Hixxy Brisk Sharkey Vibes Sy Marc Smith Force & Styles Nicky Blackmarket Rush Cloud Strife From the list of tapes in this thread, Slipmatt and Vinylgroover weren’t on the flyer. I think the Slipmatt set was recorded at the Vibealite event on Saturday 11th July 1998, because the tracklist is very similar to his set at Dizstruxshon on 17th July 1998 here - https://www.rolldabeats.com/forum/index.php?/topic/69426-dizstruxshon-single-tapes/page/3/#findComment-203081 Not sure about Vinylgroover but I guess he covered for someone at the 5th birthday because his set follows on from the Sharkey set (and Sharkey was on the flyer). The Sharkey and Vinylgroover sets above are on the same tape (side A and side B – 30 mins each side) The Slipmatt and Rush sets above are on the same tape (side A and side B – 45 mins each side) Quote
