What is the first tune in this video and what documentary is this?

Anyone know the first tune on this video? Its got Mickey Finn, Ray Keith, uncle duggs and mc flux talking about ecstasy in the 80s, looks like a good documentary. Not even particularly sure the genre of music that track is. It's only the intro of the track, it cuts off before the beat drops. It sounds like it could be an acid house tune or maybe hardcore, not sure. Thought it's worth a shot posting to here, surely one of you old skool ravers can remember this one
