What tune is this? Can't find the right tracklist.

I think the uploader must've got the date incorrect for this LTJ bukem kiss fm show because when I check the archived kiss FM shows on here and I look at the tracklist for the 20/1/1999 I can't seem to find this track anywhere. There's also an oldschool mix on that show too so not idea what the go is? Maybe I'm blind, if someone could let me know the track that would be great thanks. The date is correct on the upload. It's from 20th January 1999, but the recording has the first tune from Bukem's show and then jumps to the end of the first tune from the old skool mix:

 So it's another unreleased unknown untitled tune. Is '?? Lee' referring to DJ Lee?
