DBS Drum & Bass Vol 3

I got hold of this tape from a seller in Germany about 7 years ago, but he didn't have any info about the tape other than what was written on the inlay, "DBS Drum & Bass Vol 3". The other tapes I bought at the same time were UK tapes, but I don't know if this one is a UK tape or a German tape. It's a wicked hour of 1995 jungle and could be part of a studio mix or part of a live recording with no MC's.

Does anyone have any info about this tape, or has anyone heard of a DJ called DBS?

And can anyone fill in the blanks in the tracklist please?
