Rotorman - Ride (Grand Theft Auto, 1997)

Does anyone know more about the vocal samples used in Rotorman’s Ride, a track from the first Grand Theft Auto (1997). Any lead is welcome.

Around half of the vocal samples used in this track I’ve found on Vocal Bytes 1 and Vocal Bytes 2 from Midi Mark. However I’m still looking for the other half, more specifically a sample which sounds Dutch to me. I suspect that the samples which are remaining to be found came from the same sample pack. So if one of these is located, we might find the rest too.
