Can anyone confirm if the track at 26:05 on this tape came out?

Booka Hitch says it's Sketch & Code – Brothers & Sisters forthcoming on Bulletproof.

It's been ID'd on mixesdb as Sketch & Code – Brothers & Sisters [24 Karat].

However, I can't find evidence of a release with that name anywhere.
