  3. AXIOM OR THE SECT ? HELP

    Hi all at roll da beats, could anyone please clear up a track problem i've been having.

    Last may ( i think) Optical was in the mix on Bailey's one xtra show. He ended his mix

    with what was listed as The Sect - "Axiom". So i thought it was by the sect & the track

    was called Axiom. Over the past few months i've trying to track this thing down to no

    avail. I've now discovered there is an artist called Axiom so to confuse me even more.

    I've listened to loads of tunes by these two artists & really it could be either one of

    them, their style is so similar ( really Top nuerofunk ). So could anyone shed any light

    on the matter. Is it a Sect Remix of an axiom track or visa versa, any info would be most

    appreciated, many thanks for reading - Simon (aqaurium dream).

    Hi everyone on roll da beats, just wondered if anyone knew a release date for a track i heard a few months back on Bailey's one xtra show. It was the night Optical was in & he did a cracking mix, but it was the last track of his mix as bailey came back on the mic. The track i think was "AXIOM" by THE SECT, and i believe most or all of the mix were possible Virus releases or ed rush & optical related. If anyone has any info, that would be great, thanks for reading this, take care - Aquarium dream.

    Well done, heard the tune in a west indian cafe not so long back, but the guvnor was unable to tell me the artist!

    Hello there everybody,just wanted to join up with rollda beats to see if i could track down some info on the Tom & Jerry track "Maximun Style" also known as "Lover to Lover". Does anyone know that wonderful record they sample? You know the one right at the start of the track. (very latin, up beat ,joyous with the lover to lover vocal).There is also some excellent reagae samples as well which also would be nice to know,but it's the main theme i'm after. Thanks for taking the time to read this.
