without having heard the DnB tune in question, I would also assume it was sampled from the Roots Radic and/or Tubby version

there is no tracklisting, but the second link is the album credited to Tubby. Both the Radic and Tubby version sound identical, I'm not sure if tubby was a member of roots radic maybe?

 

Roots Radics was a studio band and did a lot of work with King Tubby and the Scientist in Tubby's studio
