This sample is on Polestar Magnetics - The X-Static Goldmine sample CD (1991) (CD2 Track 28 Sample 4 "R-Peggios"). Polestar Magnetics could've taken it from an earlier source (or made it themselves), but Origin Unknown definitely took it from the sample CD (early RAM tunes contain from sample CDs by 90%), and Skanna probably did as well. μ-Ziq Theme is a minor chord arpeggio, while Goldmine sample is an augmented chord arpeggio, so these are not the same sample. 0:13 Btw, this sample CD also contains "here we go now" vocal (Valley Of The Shadows) and "to shape the future" vocal (Optical), but their origins are not found yet, must be from some old films or TV series.
