What do these samples say?

hard to say really, it goes " aahoowaoowaooh" which does not make any sense on writing . its on the start of the beggining before the "strictly drum & bass " sample comes in

I know the sample you mean, I'm pretty sure that's not taken from that tune. I'ts been on a million and one sample CDs and doesn't sound like it's clean on its own in the Orb tune
