Anyone have wave rips of this cd? All I can find are 192's.

I had that one ID'd a couple years ago, but I can't remember what it was. It is not Marvellous Cain. The second or third bootleg of those records (FB1, FB2, FB3, etc) actually does have Guntalk by Marvellous Cain on it. I think someone just screwed up when they were writing on these records, unless it was etched in. My copy has no writing on it, but I've seen others that do. I just remember the word gun being part of the artist's (not DJ Gunshot, though) name or the song title, if that's any help.

So I'm trying to figure out what (most likely) sample cd this sound comes from: Right there in the intro... It's also in Sovereign Melody, Ice Cream & Syrup, Feeling So Special (new-old Plug tune) and others I can't think of right now. I've gone through Datafile 1-3, XTC Goldmine/XL1, Housemaster, and some popular Future Music sample cd, but it's not on any of 'em. Anyone know where it comes from or know of other popular sample cd's from that time that I should look into to?

As far as I know from searching the board it was only mentioned by MrMooncat in the Sample IDs section. I linked to that thread in the op. He was waiting on a clip to confirm the source.
