haste Posted March 9, 2005 Report Share Posted March 9, 2005 I think this artist needs splitting..some guessing going on here, would be interested to know if anyone else can help out I'm pretty sure the artist on BED001 is not the same as the Tone Def releases. I have no real reason to suspect this other than that the Straight From The Bedroom releases were usually either Kemet artists under different aliases or lesser known producers who made a couple of tracks for the sub-label and then didn't do much else. This artist is definitely from London, UK. If anyone knows otherwise then feel free to let me know. The ALPHA126 & FU12 releases are likely to be a different artist. These look like happy hardcore releases to me. I think that all the post 2000 releases are likely to be a different artist as well. So all in all that looks like 4 different FXs...no real surprise as it's a pretty obvious name to choose! Discogs also suggests the the Tone Def related FX is Darren Jay & Yomi AKA SLM I'm not sure where this one fits in... http://www.rolldabeats.com/release/brand_nu_musik/bnm72001 Could even be another FX!
