Help with a Creative Source release

Ive got a white label record with the catalogue numbers scratched out that i need IDing please.

I think its either CRSE023 Q-Project or CRSE024 Fellowship but i don't have full release versions to check it with so id be well pleased if someone on here who has the originals could check for me, thanks!
