Force is Electric
"They said to one another,Behold, here cometh the dreamer ...Let us slay him.And we shall see what will become of his dreams."Genesis 37;19-20 But who actually quoted it?. Could have been in a film, or an earlier song. Maybe Gachet sampled an audio tape Bible  .
MeMyself&I
I'm 98% sure it's James Earl Jones from a 1974 documentary about Martin Luther King. It's not as some may think from the movie "The Man" from 1972 (he quotes the same bible verse but not in the same words). Most people probably sampled it from the beginning of acid mix of Out Of The Ordinary's "The Dream" though (which uses more samples from the documentary, so it might be the first tune to use it). Oh, the Bible read by James Earl Jones on audiobook exists. It must have a ton of awesome snippets.
Force is Electric
This tune is probably the source for Gachet's tune. It has the female 'dream' vocal (from a separate source to the James Earl Jones) that Gachet used.

Rar, that would be a good listen for samples; I just looked on Amazon, it's a 16 disc box set!!!
