I was wondering if anyone could help me id the vocals used in this track please, The vocals have also been used in a couple of hardcore & UK Garage tracks

According to the discogs entry, the vocal is sampled from Clubland ft. Zemya Hamilton - Hold On (Tighter To Love).

 

However, I've just listened to that track and I couldn't hear the vocal (unless it's only on a specific mix or something).

"Burning Deep" contains samples of "Stars in My Pocket" by Opus III.

couldn't find the source of the main vocal, but it also appears in this 1998 track:

also the other vocal in Burning Deep (short "ohh" ad-lib, appears earlier) is from Siedah Garrett - K.I.S.S.I.N.G. acapella:
