Bugs with my new PC

I've just had a new PC with Windows 7 Ultimate and Explorer 11 and I'm experiencing bugs with the forum.

When I type, several key strokes do not register.

I can't cut/copy/paste.

Once I start to quick comment, I cant scroll back up the page as it goes mad.

I've not experienced these problems anywhere else. Any ideas?
