I've added it in above. I've assumed B12 is the first track from Kenny Ken, as it's a repeat of B8 (Marvellous Cain probably won't have played it twice) and it's also the first track on the Kenny Ken tape. Thanks. I've updated the tracklist with those 2 ID's. I can't find any audio for Marvellous Cain online - it seems that most of the uploads came from the CD pack, which was released much later and didn't have the Marvellous Cain set included.
