I found this page online with a techno pack:https://www.popsike.com/HYSTERIA-18-THE-SANCTUARY-HARDCORE-TECHNO-RAVE-6-TAPE-PACK-VERY-RARE-1997/382245533540.html Looks like the hardcore event was 'Sweet Dreams' at Northgate Arena on 21.11.1997, and there was a Happy Hardcore room that night, so I'm guessing there's a Happy Hardcore pack, but I don't remember seeing it.
