DJ Phantasy Tune ID from 22.00mins - Eclipse - Ely Rave Sept 1992

Good morning all

 

Please can any of you help me ID a track that DJ Phantasy drops from 22.00mins in from the below link of the Eclipse Ely Rave event Video from my first ever large outdoor rave back in Sept 1992?

The track gets mixed in from 22.00 mins into the remainder of track Aurora "Voice of Buddha".....the bassline is PHAT and beats rollin. There appears to be a female voice singing part way in the track also, but i cant make out whats she singing

Ive always wanted to know what the track is?

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated
