1992 Hardcore tune, with "flatliner" spoken sample

Hi all, 

Probably my first post in here, but used it many times to find things.

Does anyone know of tune that says "Flatliner", then from memory, there was a constant, sublow bass tone.

No, sorry, that's not it either.

Never knew there were so many tunes with the same sample that aren't the right one
