Tune IDs: 2 unknown tracks from a mix recorded at house party in Durban, South Africa circa 1997

Looking for Tune ID's for a couple of tracks that I've been trying to hunt down for the last, well shit... near 27 years now:

9. 33.49 - Side B - Track 9 - Unidentified [Notes: Weird 'Moroccan/Arabic' like drone sample?]

From a mix I recorded to tape from a DJs set at a house party in Durban, South Africa circa 1997. The audio is ripped from that original tape which is well battered now and was never great quality recording to start, mmmm the hiss tho, I still love it...

I keep going back to the mix every year or so to see if I can track down the last remaining tracks on it, recently had success nailing two via Dogs on Acid forum so down to the last two now! Any pointers at all will be massively appreciated even if the exact tune isn't recognised but it sounds like a certain artist give us a shout and I'll dig around, many thank for giving this a look into so far.
