Remove search timer

searching by tunes or for stuff in a mix or other's comments on a mix is nigh impossible with the search rate limiting. could this be removed perchance

Whilst this may be a concern for public searches, any chance of at least removing the search timer for those signed in @Rich? Just moving between pages of search results can be quite painful!
