Ive got a one sided test press with the official Bad Company stamp on it.

The catalogue number is TOMBESTONE 2.

 

No other information, sorry.

Yeah thats right, not the usual way of spelling it though!

 

I will try and upload a sound sample as im sure ive heard this tune around so maybe they re-named it for release.

Have you, or anyone else heard the tune before??

 

And do you think its safe to say the track title is 'Tombestone 2' as per the etching in the run out groove, or just 'Tomb Stone' as is written on the label?

I'll be honest with you that I have no clue. Never remember an old unreleased track called Tombstone, never heard a clip before. In my opinon it doesn't sound like old BC at all but that's not to say it might be. Might be worth putting a thread up on DOA, if anyone knows the background to this 12 then someone over there is likely to. Maybe add it to the database but I'd put the artist as unknown with a note pointing to the fact there's a BC logo on there.

I also have a copy of this, again with the Bad Compnay logo - quality tune
