How about when you click an artist it shows at top what labels they have resleased on and clicking on would bring up the list of tunes for that artist + label

Now i know it's one of the unspoken things around here, but i feel with advertising this site could bring in enough revenue to really push the boundaries. Possibly have a user friendly system that means you can choose to have the advertising switched to "ON" in some kinda user setup thing (obv cookie based, like forum) which is default to off. I know i would turn it on to earn some money for this place
