DJ Jordens goes by both MC Cloud & MC Loud, the vinyl clearly has MC Cloud on the sticker and its listed as MC Cloud on cogs (but with an asterisk) so I'll leave it up to you if you change it or not.

The Phantasy set is actually Mastervibe from the Technodrome pack, the Slipmatt tape remains a mystery though, it's 100% not a tape from the Technodrome pack. It's possible that it was Scorpio, Producer or Clarkee as all 3 have done Old Skool techno sets at Skelter but I guess without a time machine we'll never know.
