to me I don't think it's an amen. It sounds simular to the 'Let A Woman Be A Woman, Let A Man Be A Man' break but HEAVILY edited and eq'd. your right it has the pitchshifted / time compressed sound, an akai doing that it will natrually sound alot grainier so that exlains the lofi sound.
