Track has been well pitched up on that clip, it's not that fast.

Not sure on the different Goldie version but I have the G Moni Ruff mix on plate which is unreleased. Looking thru the releases I don't think the mix Hype played made it too plastic.

This is an awesome piece of dub, my plate has another Van Kleef unreleased track on the flip entitled 'Mega' which tears up the place, absolute stormer of a track.
