Not necessarily, but it's possible You can't really count a tune as unreleased unless a) someone can confirm that it is or b) EVERYone has taken a shot at the tune and nobody can get it. He also thought everything he did with Vern was released (but he wasn't totally sure...). So the ID is probably that Mary J Blige tune..." The Manipulator. As DJ Vern is confirmed to be Big Vern , It might be worth checking through the tunes he did under the latter name. If it's not, we have an unreleased Ash/Vern tune. I think the fact that Ash could name the 2 others but had to describe this one by the sample used is telling that it was probably never issued if it never got to the 'naming stage'.
