Don Mafioso
I just noticed this, but does Cyantific's remix of Cold Fresh Air use Future Prophecies' Final Fantasy as a sample around the 1:55 mark? It only plays for a second, but I'm pretty sure it's there. Can anyone confirm this?
The_Manipulator
It's such a strange piece that I wonder if it's also in the actual vinyl... (as I only have an MP3 of it). It sounds strange and from a technical point the 'switch' actually starts a bit too late.
Don Mafioso
I also have the MP3/M4P that I bought off of iTunes. Do you have the same version? It must be on the vinyl piece as well. I don't see how a sample of another song would've accidentally slipped on the digital copy. It definitely doesn't sound like it belongs there though. The section's timing is off from the beat of the rest of the song, almost delayed. A goof on Cyantific's part? Or could've the printing of Future Prophecies been on the same vinyl that Cold Fresh Air was also grooved into? I'm not sure if that's even possible, I'm not too knowledgeable on how vinyl pieces are made...
The_Manipulator
I just have an 'illegal' MP3. But one from iTunes should be proper... strange... really sounds out of place...I think only Cyantific can shed light on this........
