Break ID for "The elements" by 4HERO

Can anyone help me with this break from an early 4HERO track "The Elements" sounds like the break out of N.W.A Express yourself combined with hot pants then pitched up but just guessing at this stage,have i answered my own question there? who knows? that joints hit me like an hammer,chillin on a sunny sunday afternoon.

i digress soz,anyway any help much appreciated.

lol yeah you kinda answered your own question cause I agree with you, cut up N.W.A break and hotpants over the top, another break you hear later on is the tommyroe 'sweat pea' break.
