wondered if anyone could help with this id? not really sure if its a a layered sample vocal over a break beat or an all in one breakbeat? it goes.."woo..gotta get doctor!..big stuff!" well thats how it sounds to me,any help very much appreciated

One of the samples is the break from The Isley Brothers - Get Into Something:

There's another sample running alongside this one in Mr Kirk's Nightmare, not sure where that's from though.
