Password reset

Hi,

 

I'm trying to access my account Ian_s, but i've forgotten my password. I've tried to get the password link sent to me but nothing comes through on my e-mail. It's definitely the correct e-mail as it wouldn't let me use it to sign up for the new (hopefully temporary) account.

 

Is there a error on the "lost my password" link??

Is there a limit on attempts to enter the correct password? I've tried everything i can think of.
