Gentlemen, you are about to enter the most important and fascinating sphere of sample spotting: Quincy M.E.
From the episode 'Next Stop, Nowhere', where Quincy investigates the punk scene
"I've seen children come off that dance floor with crushed ribs and bloody faces like soldiers fighting some kind of insane war"
"What could persuade a kid to act like that?"
"Perhaps the greatest persuader there is, music"
DJ Terrace - Crushed Ribs - [Karma Recordings]
A World War II era film about juvenile delinquency and reform school. Not 100% on this, so let me know what you think.

"Have you ever had any obsessions?"
Bizzy B & Technochild - Obsessions - [Brain Records]
They probably got it from the intro of Electronic - Idiot Country Two.
According to the video that's on YT, before the My Own remix, Vibes plays the following 1: Nookie - Give A Little Love (;94 Mix) - [Reinforced Records] 2: Ravers Choice - Ravers Choice 1 (A) [Ravers Choice] (He then plays this again later in his set)
The cover of the tape pack says "Recorded Live at Reality" so is it possible that these were from the Reality parties at Time & Space instead of Kinetic. They used to have nights called "Club Kinetic Classics". The sets would be recorded over multiple nights. SS was on the flyer for the event on 06/09/1997 along with Dougal & Ratty which matches the tape. *Edit* I was partially wrong. The SS/Dougal/Ratty tape is from the March 1998 event (Dougal must have played 2 sets) http://rolldabeats.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=64359&hl=%22time+%26amp%3B+space%22 Ratty starts with We Are I.E. & SS finishes with Don't Go.
