  1. Anyone have any links to sets from (if it exists) the first Renegade Hardware event in 1997 - RHMT01??
  2. Anyone have any links to sets from (if it exists) the first Renegade Hardware event in 1997 - RHMT01??
  3. Maybe I'm just not cut out for this tracklist stuff
  4. I think a lot of these sets will be from 05/05/1995 - at one point on the mic during DJ Base's set, Magika says "The birthday celebrations aren't over yet" which either means it's Kinetic birthday or one of the artists' birthday nights. In 1994 Kinetic's 2nd birthday was on 06/05/1994, so the date for 1995 would match with the 05/05/1995, all of the the DJs are on the flyer as well as these tapes and Magika and Man Parris on the flyer too.
  5. I'm thinking that possible dates for these could be the following Donovan "Bad Boy" Smith & Swan-E - 29/04/1995 Randall & Doc Scott - 06/05/1995 Ron & Ned Ryder - 20/05/1995 EFX & XTC, Kenny Ken, Fabio & Brockie - 27/05/1995
  6. Attack B4 is actually Stripey J - Show Me Heaven - [Impact Records]
  7. On the flyer Spinback is only down for a 30-minute set right at the start of the night (8-8:30), so I'm guessing he played a second set to cover someone give then length of his tracklist across the 3 tapes. Easy D covered for Hype who was a no-show. Only other DJ who didn't play (AFAIK) was SS who was in Canada.
  8. Broadway Nightlife was a club in Sudbury (Suffolk) that also hosted a night called "The Ark". Jumping Jack Frost was booked for the 11/01/1992 so maybe tape is from then (he was also booked for 11/04/1992, but by that time the venue had lost its licence after the event on 28/03/1992)
  9. Snap! synth is based on Newcleus - Automan, but i think tunes above do sample Snap!
  10. Maybe, SU had a history of changing artist names on their compilation releases.
  11. Can you save me some time and just list all the samples used please Well done, will give them a listen!
  12. Gentlemen, you are about to enter the most important and fascinating sphere of sample spotting: Quincy M.E. From the episode 'Next Stop, Nowhere', where Quincy investigates the punk scene "I've seen children come off that dance floor with crushed ribs and bloody faces like soldiers fighting some kind of insane war" "What could persuade a kid to act like that?" "Perhaps the greatest persuader there is, music" DJ Terrace - Crushed Ribs - [Karma Recordings]
  13. A World War II era film about juvenile delinquency and reform school. Not 100% on this, so let me know what you think. https://stock.periscopefilm.com/xd39124-youth-in-crisis-wwii-era-juvenile-delinquency-documentary-film-reform-school/ @ about 1:30ish "Have you ever had any obsessions?" Bizzy B & Technochild - Obsessions - [Brain Records] They probably got it from the intro of Electronic - Idiot Country Two.
  14. Glad to see the site back up and running!
  15. According to the video that's on YT, before the My Own remix, Vibes plays the following 1: Nookie - Give A Little Love (;94 Mix) - [Reinforced Records] 2: Ravers Choice - Ravers Choice 1 (A) [Ravers Choice] (He then plays this again later in his set)
