Jay wrote this just as the Eternal tune of the same name was in the charts (Number 1 IIRC)

It was sent to their label, and he was told they liked it, but already had some remixes lined up so wouldnt use it.

Then Jay went to get it mastered anyway to release as a whitelabel :wink: anyway LOL by pure coincidence someone turned up at the studio

who was involved with the original, he then got told NOT to release it or he would get sued!

He then left it a while a sent it back to the label, and was told if he made it a bit tighter it would be used as a B side, then Eternal split up and it got shelved.

Martyn Webster (AKA DJ Destiny, he's one here) posted this one up on FB with a little story about it

 

"Jay (Fat Controller) wrote this and sent it to Eternal's label who said do NOT release it. He sat on it for a while and decided to do it any way (lol) so went to a smaller lesser known studio in London to get it mastered etc.

By pure coincidence, one of the engineers had worked on Eternal's other tunes and tipped off the label! Again, he was told DO NOT release it unless you want to be in deep shit.

I think Moving Shadow might of had something to say too!
