I thought it was Homeboy Hippie Funki Dredd - Total confusion, but that seems to be based on the Mexican. Then thought it was Subject 13 - Eternity but is based more on Funky Drummer but the hihats have that hard cutting sound, but it's not the same.. Also sounds like it's got something from Shut Up And Dance in it too..?If anybody can be bothered to have a listen, would love to get this beat out of my head!! Cheers!
