I think a lot of these sets will be from 05/05/1995 - at one point on the mic during DJ Base's set, Magika says "The birthday celebrations aren't over yet" which either means it's Kinetic birthday or one of the artists' birthday nights. In 1994 Kinetic's 2nd birthday was on 06/05/1994, so the date for 1995 would match with the 05/05/1995, all of the the DJs are on the flyer as well as these tapes and Magika and Man Parris on the flyer too.

It says on the back cover of the pack "incorporating the Club Kinetic 3rd Birthday Line-Up". Not listened to them for ages, but I think all of them are from that event.
